Welcome to Legion. My name is Garry owner and head coach at legion.

Legion is a weightlifting club that has been created based on 3 decades of military service and my passion for mental and physical development through the use of the barbell and the sport of weightlifting.

With my experiences I believe legion will provide an inclusive environment that will facilitate anyone looking to thrive in a fun, challenging and supportive atmosphere.

I believe that success is only possible with passion, perseverance and consistently doing the little things well – executing the good habits. All together, producing excellence.
